Course content

Many course participants have little idea what a first aid course is before they attend one. We have therefore put together some information for you here so that you know what to expect 🙂

The aim of the course is to prepare you so that you can take action in an emergency situation to save human life and avert or alleviate imminent danger or health problems until professional help arrives.

The pure course duration is 6 hours and 45 minutes (9 teaching units). Including breaks, a course lasts 7 hours and 30 minutes. There is usually a 30-minute break and two shorter breaks.

Incidentally, you don’t need any preparation to take part, as all first aid courses are basic courses. We teach you all the basics of emergency medicine that are needed to save lives.
